FAQ

The Villa

Does Villa Marina have a private pool and garden?
Yes, Villa Marina offers an exclusive private pool for the sole use of our guests, set in a large, well-kept garden — perfect for safe relaxation, even for families travelling with children (always supervised).

Is the villa suitable for cycling or sports on Lake Garda?
Absolutely. Villa Marina is ideally located in Moniga del Garda for reaching the main cycling routes, golf courses and the trails of the Valtenesi. The property also offers a secure, private space for storing bikes and sports equipment.

What amenities are included for families staying at the villa?
The villa is fully equipped for families: a modern, well-appointed kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi (great for remote working too), an independent laundry area, private indoor parking and generous outdoor green space for play and relaxation.

How far is Villa Marina from the lake and Moniga’s main amenities?
Villa Marina sits in a quiet residential area of Moniga del Garda (Via Balosse, 3). It’s just a few minutes’ drive from the lake’s beaches and a short walk from the village centre, with restaurants, supermarkets, bars and the marina.

Guests

What is the maximum number of guests Villa Marina can accommodate?
Villa Marina comfortably accommodates up to 10 people: 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, plus a lower-ground floor with a double sofa bed and private bathroom. Generous indoor and outdoor common areas ensure privacy and comfort even for large families or groups of friends. There are no automatic exceptions to this maximum.

Can we invite people who are not staying overnight?
Yes, a small group (4-5 people) for dinner or a get-together, if arranged with the property in advance. Unregistered or unauthorised outside visitors are not permitted.

Parties & Music

Can we host a party or event at Villa Marina?
Parties and events are only permitted with prior agreement from the property. Hosting a small group of non-staying guests (4-5 people) for dinner or drinks, arranged in advance, is not a problem. Events with more than 15 people are not acceptable, for safety reasons.

What happens if these rules aren’t respected?
Failing to respect the house rules (guest numbers, quiet hours, unauthorised sound equipment) may result in contractual consequences and, in serious cases, legal liability for the guests responsible.

Can we bring a sound system or a DJ?
No. Additional sound systems, DJs, or any other form of entertainment that could disturb the neighbourhood or breach the quiet hours set by the Municipality of Moniga del Garda are not permitted. The villa provides Bluetooth speakers that connect to your own smartphone, ideal for pleasant background music without disturbing the neighbours.

Are there quiet hours to respect?
Yes: from 11pm to 7am and from 12pm to 3pm, in line with the municipal ordinance of Moniga del Garda.

Pets

Are pets allowed at Villa Marina?
Villa Marina does not allow pets. This policy has no exceptions, and helps us guarantee the highest standard of comfort and hygiene for every guest, including those with allergies.
