Interior Spaces
The Living Room
Villa Marina’s interiors are spacious, bright and welcoming — designed for comfort and harmony between indoors and outdoors. Stepping through the entrance, you enter a generous living room with large glass doors opening directly onto the terrace cantilevered above the pool’s solarium. The indoor-outdoor connection is seamless. Note: as with any open terrace above a pool, appropriate supervision is always advisable when young children are present.
The Kitchen
The kitchen island is the social heart of the ground floor. The fridge is an American side-by-side with built-in filtered cold water and ice dispenser. There is a bean-to-cup espresso machine and a kettle for tea. The kitchen is fitted with a 24-place dishwasher, fan oven and microwave (both raised and built-in). Everything your group needs to cook well — from quick pre-ride breakfasts to full evening meals.
Ground Floor Bedrooms & Bathroom
Through the arch from the living room lies the ground floor sleeping area: a bathroom with a large cascade-effect rainfall shower, one double bedroom, and one room with two bunk beds — ideal for children or younger guests.
First Floor — The Attic Level
The staircase near the entrance leads to the attic floor. At the top you find a door opening onto an intimate open-air roof terrace — perfect for stargazing in complete privacy, accessible from the second double bedroom and from the master suite.
The master suite has its own private bathroom fitted with both a shower and a jacuzzi bath — a genuinely luxurious detail for a villa at this level. The perfect way to end a day on the lake or on the road.
The Lower Ground Floor — The Hidden Gem
A second staircase descends to the fully furnished lower ground level. This spacious and beautifully appointed space serves as a convertible suite with private bathroom (shower), thanks to the large double sofa bed. A second door gives access to the laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board included).
Ideal for guests who want a degree of independence — connected to the main villa but with its own entrance and complete privacy.
The Garage — Secure Sports Equipment Storage
A fire door connects the lower level to the spacious, CCTV-monitored garage. It accommodates 2 cars plus secure indoor storage for bicycles, e-bikes and all sports equipment. For cycling groups especially, this is a significant advantage — your bikes sleep safely indoors every night.
